Individual Counseling & Couple's Counseling:
I work with client's on a variety of issues- loss and grief, anxiety, self-image, depression, adjustment, chronic illness, crisis and communication. Examples of situations that bring my clients into counseling include, but are not limited to: caring for children and an ailing parent or loved one, exploring a potential change in a relationship, career or other life goals, grieving the loss of a loved one, and re-examining relationship goals.
I do not work with individual's under the age of 18 and if I believe a client's presenting concern is beyond my scope of practice will refer them to another professional for services.
Care Consultation/Navigation:
I am also free to meet to discuss next steps in terms of supporting individuals who may have mental health issues and chronic or terminal illness. Navigating a new diagnosis can be extremely overwhelming and I am happy to support the process of establishing resources and a foundation to support your loved one.
These meetings are under the same fee as individual counseling/couple's counseling but would be directly associated with identifying and providing a plan to move forward in dealing with a change in the family system. due to mental health or medical concerns.

I am currently providing supervision services to individuals working toward their North Carolina Clinical Mental Health Counselor certification.
I am available for Individual, Triadic and Group Supervision.
Clinical Consultation:
I am available for consultation for individuals who are fully licensed in the state in which they are practicing. Consultation can relate to professional identity issues and/or clinical issues.
