My practice focuses on the idea that sometimes even the most efficient and effective individuals need to unload and say, "I don't know what I am doing" or "How did I get here?" Whether it be loss and grief, relationships, work, socialization, managing stressors or life changes our tendency is to either excel or become overwhelmed. The root of my practice is figuring out what has worked for you in the past, highlighting resiliency and realistically exploring what you can and cannot change.

My approach to therapy is integrative, pulling from four established theories and working with the client to figure out which combination of those four best work for the individual and their goals. I believe that there is no “one way” to manage any issue and that the client is the best resource in identifying solutions. *I am currently only offering Tele-Therapy (Virtual) Appointments for all Clinical Services*
